Competing against 20 teams, the Lions qualified in 8th position. During the tournament, they demonstrated impressive skill and teamwork. In the first round, the Lions beat Defiance, then defeated Celina in the second round. Their victory against Wooster in the semi-finals advanced them to the finals. Although they gave a strong performance in the final round, the Lions fell to Perry High School, finishing in second place.
One of the highlights of the tournament was Lacey Holden's outstanding performance. She clinched the 3rd overall position, scoring 598, and was honored as a member of the All-Tournament Team.
